Our restaurant between nature and authenticity



At Su Solianu farmhouse, you can enjoy gastronomic delicacies while dining on the outdoor veranda that allows you to enjoy the beautiful view of the vineyard and surrounding countryside.

Our food court is open every morning for breakfast from 8 to 10 am.
While in the evening it is operational with dinner service from 3-4 times a week (opening days will be communicated at the beginning of the stay, or if requested also agreed more in advance).
On days when there will be no dinner service, it will still be possible to make reservations (also via whatsapp) for take-out dishes or platters of products to be eaten comfortably at the tables in the rooms.



  • Our cuisine



    A perfect binomial to describe our offerings is that of nature/genuineness, from here we connect to the goodness of our food, from the most famous porcetto and roast sheep, culurgioni, seadas and pecorino, to ancient recipes related to Ogliastra's agro-pastoral tradition.

    Culinary culture "poor but equally rich in values," often forgotten. Recipes for first and second courses, desserts, preserves and jams handed down from generation to generation. Potatoes and "casu e murgia," "frisciurau," "coccoi 'e forru," "tratalia," "minestra de casu e fitta e patata," rabbit with olives, "orrubiolusu," etc
  • Km 0 products



    Our dishes are derived from entirely on-farm production and processing; only 15% of the products can be considered to come from outside companies, but still from Ogliastra.

    With us you can taste and find many of the typical Sardinian products, we will mention just a few: an excellent extra virgin olive oil D.O.P., lamb I.G.P., Cannonau and Vermentino wines and excellent distillates of Cannonau and Myrtle from our distillery "Spiritus Alter".



  • Menu



    The Typical Sardinian Menu is offered (tasting menu with dishes related to the Ogliastra tradition, generally proposed as a first dinner to our guests).
    While the half-board menu is aimed at those who, during a longer or shorter stay, book more dinners (complete menu elaborated on the basis of availability and daily farm productions).
    Possibility of dining with reduced menus as well.

    In our agritourism you can accompany traditional Sardinian dishes with 0 km red and white table wine.

    RED TABLE WINE
    PRODUCTION COMPANY Gerperarci Farm - PRODUCTION AREA Ogliastra
    Wine from granitic-calcareous breakdown type soil, with Cannonau 90% / Muristellu 10% grapes.
    We harvest our grapes the last decade of September and vinify with a long maceration on the skins and controlled fermentation, aging briefly in oak.
    The result is a ruby red wine with typical violet hues and fruity aromas, with notes of red fruits and black cherries. The taste is distinctive, made pleasant by a distinct softness.
    It pairs perfectly with mature and semi-mature cheeses, roasted and braised meats.

    WHITE TABLE WINE

    Wine from granitic-calcareous breakdown type soil, with 100% Vermentino grapes.
    We harvest our grapes the last decade of September and vinify with a long maceration on the skins and controlled fermentation, in steel.
    The result is an intense straw-yellow wine with golden hues and floral aromas with hints of citrus. The taste is distinctive, with notes of bitter almond and yellow apple.
    It is well suited consumed chilled as an aperitif. It goes well with fish dishes, fresh or semi-mature cheeses, and dry desserts.

The restaurant
