The Rooms | Essential, comfortable and relaxing

The guest accommodations are designed at a distance from the dining area to ensure a more serene and peaceful rest; they are accessed by skirting the green vineyards, among myrtle, arbutus and oak trees. The bliss of the place can be felt even more when you arrive at the terrace in front of the rooms from which it is possible, lying in the shade of cool trees, to peer at the sea and be pampered by the evening air.


The farm has 10 rooms with independent bathrooms, one of which is used for the hospitality of the disabled.
Each room has smeplice and essential furnishings; some recently remodeled have a kitchenette (with induction plate, refrigerator with attached freezer and sink with
dish rack). All accommodations are provisti with air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, bed and bath linens. Four of our rooms inside are furnished with the addition of a bunk bed to accommodate families with children or small groups of up to 4 people.

Dogs or pets in general are allowed, with prior notice, for an additional fee

Large garden

In front of the rooms is a shady garden with a small library and board games available for our guests; picnic tables and deck chairs to enjoy some rest.

Parking

Motorcycle and car parking is free, near the rooms, not under cover. One-night parking is allowed for campers and caravans (however, there are no facilities as a staging area).

Washing machine

In the back of the rooms a washing machine with a drying area is available for free use (2024 was characterized by a total absence of rainfall, and due to the shortage of water we were forced to suspend the service, we ask you to check at the time of booking the actual activation of the service), alternatively only 5km away, in the center of Bari Sardo, you can find a laundromat.

Check-in

It is possible to check-in in the morning from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm (after contacting the host).
or from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., it is recommended, in any case to contact the host at least one day in advance, because the reception service is not active h24.

Check-out must be done by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
